\n This service\u00a0it’s removed in vSphere Client 6. Explanation in this VMware KB 2115295<\/a>.<\/p>\n Let’s search in (Fat) vSphere\u00a0Client:<\/p>\n “Login to the query service failed. The server could not interpret the communication from the client. (The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.)”<\/p>\n \n This error is also known\u00a0in KB 2143566<\/a>. It has to do with the Windows intergrated login. (Use Windows session credentials)<\/p>\n -> the Workarround is “do not use\u00a0Windows session credentials”. VMware Support said, this will not be fixed. WebClient is the future! \ud83d\ude10<\/p>\n After my vCenter upgrade, I also updated my vSphere Replication Appliance to 6.1.1. (Some hints a this point, clear your browser cache after the upgrade to be able to configure the vCenter connection)<\/p>\n In my case, I had the following issue in the WebClient:<\/p>\n \n State is “Activated” but has a configuration error. Luckily he told me\u00a0that is a NTP service problem during\u00a0mouseover the state.<\/p>\n So we could fix this fast \ud83d\ude09 -> SSH to the Replication Appliance and execute “rcntp start”<\/p>\n \n
